Tanya Fosdick

Tanya has been a long-time collaborator on So-Mo projects, where she assists in turning data into useable insights and leads on the design and implementation of evaluations to measure the effectiveness of behaviour change interventions. With a background in road safety and transport research, Tanya specialises in the translation of evidence into practice, helping public and private sector clients to understand research and its meaningful application in their projects.

As Head of Research at Agilysis, she regularly works with the So-Mo team on identifying appropriate data sources for providing insight into behavioural problems and the design of those evaluations, to ensure projects are evidence-led and effectively measured.
