Lelde joined the So-Mo team in December 2021 with a background in psychology and politics and a desire to learn and develop in this role. She enjoys exploring human behaviour, wanting her energy to be directed into doing something meaningful. Lelde likes a good story, whether it is in a book, movie, or videogame, or through one of So-Mo’s many interesting projects.

Her eagerness to help people get the best out their lives and her ability to find joy in every situation makes her a perfect fit for the So-Mo team.

In her free time, you can find her planning her travels, mountain biking or preparing for her dream of running an ultramarathon.
